Cancellation, Exchange & Refund Policy

What is Your Cancellation and Exchange Policy?

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incomplete.

  • The product received does not match the attributes or color ordered.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with labels and protective stickers attached.

Note:
Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our Customer Services department for an exchange.
Online purchases currently cannot be returned for a refund.

Sale & Discounted Orders:
Exchanges during a sale or on discounted products are only applicable if the product received does not match your order.

How Do I Apply for an Exchange?

To exchange an item, please:

  1. Email us at socialmedia@advancetelecom.com.pk
    or
    WhatsApp us at +92 320 9220282
    (Include your reason and order details)

  2. Once approved by our customer support team, send your parcel to:
    Advance Telecom, 4th Floor, Amma Tower, Saddar, Karachi, Pakistan

Please note:
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

When Will My Exchange Be Processed?

  • We aim to process all exchanges within 5-7 working days of receiving your parcel.

  • During busy periods, please allow up to 14 working days.

What is Your Exchange Policy?

If you received an incorrect product or have a genuine concern with your purchase, you are welcome to request an exchange within 7 days of delivery by contacting us via email or WhatsApp (details above).

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.

Do You Offer Refunds?

  • Refunds are generally not offered.
    However, if we are unable to provide an exchange or another solution, a refund may be considered.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within a minimum of 7 working days, depending on your payment method.

Exchange: Sale & Discounted Orders

  • Exchanges for sale or discounted items are only possible if the product received does not match your order.

Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their order anytime before it has been processed.

  • Advance Telecom reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including:

    • Item out of stock

    • Pricing errors

    • Product found defective in Quality Control

    • Payment declined by the issuing financial institution
