Advance Telecom delivers phones all over Pakistan. If you are an on-line customer, and the product produces any hardware issues within 7 days of purchase, resolution will be provided at your door-step. After this period, Customer Care centers will serve the customers.

Delivery Timing

We deliver at your door-step within 2 – 3 working days.

Warranty

This warranty policy applies only to cellphones sold in Pakistan. In the event that performance failure occurs from normal use during the warranty period, Advance Telecom will provide maintenance services free of cost.

In Warranty instructions

1. Advance Telecom provides manufacturer limited warranty (MLW).

2. Customer must present a valid warranty card and invoice to claim warranty services.

3. Kindly read warranty terms & conditions mentioned on warranty card.

This warranty does not cover man-made damage nor any of the following conditions, however, paid repair services are available.

  1. Beyond the warranty period
  2. No warranty card and valid proof of purchase, however, an exception can be granted if the customer can prove that the phone is within the warranty period;
  3. The phone is damaged due to improper use (such as falling, squeezing, liquid damage, etc.);
  4. Damage and malfunction due to uncontrollable external forces (such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, and traffic accidents);
  5. Failure to use and maintain the product according to the instructions leads to damage or malfunction, such as use under extreme temperatures.
  6. Product natural wear and tear (for example casing, buttons, display, accessories, etc.);
  7. Disassembly, self-repair, modification, rooting, and other human behavior that causes damage.
