Advance Telecom delivers mobile phones across Pakistan. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding orders, delivery, and warranty services.
Orders
Advance Telecom reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, product or service unavailability, errors in product descriptions or pricing, errors in your order, or other reasons.
Orders may be refused or canceled without prior notice.
Delivery Timing
Orders are delivered to your doorstep within 2–3 working days.
Warranty Policy
This warranty policy applies exclusively to cellphones sold within Pakistan.
If a hardware issue arises within 7 days of purchase for online customers, resolution will be provided at your doorstep.
After the initial 7-day period, customers must visit Customer Care centers for assistance.
Advance Telecom provides maintenance services free of cost for performance failures occurring under normal use during the warranty period.
In-Warranty Instructions
Advance Telecom offers a Manufacturer Limited Warranty (MLW).
Customers must present a valid warranty card and invoice to claim warranty services.
Please read the warranty terms and conditions detailed on the warranty card.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover man-made damage or any of the following conditions (paid repair services are available for these cases):
Claims beyond the warranty period.
Absence of a warranty card and valid proof of purchase (exceptions may be made if the customer can prove the device is within the warranty period).
Damage due to improper use (e.g., dropping, squeezing, liquid damage).
Damage or malfunction caused by uncontrollable external forces (e.g., floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning, traffic accidents).
Damage or malfunction resulting from failure to use or maintain the product according to instructions, including use under extreme temperatures.
Natural wear and tear (e.g., casing, buttons, display, accessories).
Disassembly, self-repair, modification, rooting, or any human action causing damage.
